Frequently Asked Questions For These Frozen Dog Treats:

Q. Do you have to use silicone molds?
A. No! These also work really well when you just use a normal ice tray.

Q. My dog likes sweeter treats, can I add a sweetener to this?
A. This does already have a sweetness to it when you use a super overripe banana. However, if you would like it to be a touch sweeter, you can add 1 Tbsp of honey if you would like.

Q. Could this be made without using the flax? What is the flax good for?
A. Yes it could be made with just the banana and yogurt if you don’t have or don’t want to use the flax.

However, we used the flaxseed for dogs to add an extra healthy touch. Flaxseed is packed with fiber and omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. Both are good things to add to dog food or dog treats.
