Homemade Dog Waffles – “Woofles” Recipe

Laura, My Sister-in-law Makes Adorable Little Doggie Donut Treats. I Don’t Own An Electric Donut Maker Like Hers So I Made Them Using My Waffle Machine. I Also Added Some Brewers Yeast, Which I’ve Seen In Other Dog Biscuit Recipes

- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin
- 3 Tablespoons Carob Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Slivered Almonds
- 5 Tablespoons Unsweetened Carob Chips
- 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
- 3 Tablespoons Old-fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour*
- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 Cup Brewer’s Yeast (Found In Grocery W/ Protein Powders)
- 1/3 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 Piece Egg
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
Mix Flours* In Medium Bowl. Add Brewer’s Yeast, Baking Powder And Salt.
Mix Together The Beef Broth And Egg. Mix Together The Beef Broth, Egg And Dry Ingredients. Stir In Until Combined.
You Can Add Rolled Oatmeal And Any Other Items You Choose.
Form Into Balls (15Ml. Scoop Or 1 Tablespoon.
Bake In An Electric Waffle Iron For 12 Minutes I Used Coconut Oil Nonstick Spray To My Waffle Maker. They Should Be Very Dense And Dry.
Laura Makes Mini-donuts With An Electric Mini-donutmaker Or Electric Grill In 15-20 Minutes. (Or Flatten And Bake At 350 Degrees.
About Two Dozen. Keep In The Refrigerator
*Use 2 Cups Flour Total – You Can Use Any Flour Or Combination Of Flours That Is Most Suitable For Your Doggie’s Needs.
